Athena API

Connect your own AI agent to Athena over MCP. Works with MCP clients that let you add an Authorization header, such as Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, and custom agents. Web connectors that only support sign-in (OAuth), such as the ChatGPT and Claude.ai connector screens, are not supported yet. An API key acts as you: it can only see the accounts this login can see (). Anyone with the key can ask Athena about those accounts, so keep it secret.

File a Claim

Step 1:

Click 'Create Claim'

Step 2:

Enter in your FragilePAK shipment reference number (Pro #) (example: 555U757667)

Step 3:

Click on drop down box and select Claim type.

Step 4:

(Optional) Enter an Invoice #

Step 5:

(Optional) Enter any Freight Charges.

Step 6:

When populated, Select any / all items that should be applied to the claim.

Step 7:

Select the Quantity of items selected. (If applicable)

Step 8:

Enter the price point for each item selected. The price should be for a single item. It will be multiplied by the quantity (Only selected items will be included)

Step 9:

Type a description or summary of the claim. (500 characters MAX)

Step 10:

Add any images, documents, pdfs that support the cost of the merchandise being claimed. Please add any pictures supporting the damage as well.

Step 11:

(Optional) If you want to receive a claim confirmation email, check the box for Email Confirmation. Enter the email address you would like to send it on the left. (For additional details see below)

Step 12:

To submit the claim, click 'Create Claim' at the bottom.

A ClaimID will pop up once the claim is submitted. It will also be shown above the 'Create Claim' button as well.

Form Validation

Required fields that are not filled will display in red. If this happens, fill in the information and click 'Create Claim' again.

Confirmation Email

This is an automated email which will be sent to the email address shown in the claim form. You can add or change this email address in the claim form at any time.

The email address is always pre-populated with the email address tied to your username account. If you would like to add or change your default email address you can do so by going to Account > User Settings > "General" tab.

Checking / Unchecking Claim Confirmation checkbox will be saved to your username account.
